Director, Institutional Effectiveness and Research

The qualified candidate will supervise a broad range of initiatives of the Center for Institutional Effectiveness and Research that is designed to enhance overall institutional effectiveness. The Director will be responsible for a comprehensive program of institutional research, which informs management about decision-making and meets reporting requirements as mandated by state, federal, and other external agencies.

Required: Master's Degree in related field required along with four years of progressive responsibility in institutional research, assessment, or institutional effectiveness in higher education. Strong analytical and quantitative research skills, ability to summarize complex data, and interpret findings required. Must have exceptionally strong information literacy, including experience with a variety of statistical software, reporting tools, and data extraction from higher education administrative systems, preferably Datatel's Colleague. Excellent communication and organizational skills are musts.
